What's actually working right now

Certified Scouts submit what they see — a photo, where, what kind — straight from the CFX form. From there:

1 Reports land in a review queue, checked and approved or declined in real time, right from a phone.
2 Once approved, they flow straight into the Feed, sorted by urgency — Vital, Need, or Want.
3 Each person's Home and You screens are shaped by their own corridor and what's actually on their week.
4 IWIKE holds the how-things-work knowledge that doesn't change day to day.
